How do I return an item?

By using our site, you consent to our Return/Exchange/PantyDollars Rewards policies.

EXCHANGES Due to Exchange abuse, we had to update our Policy.

EXCHANGING NEW Unopened Panties within 30 days of purchase.

Write us a brief note stating what you need, and mail the items back to us with the note.

Exchanging Opened Panties. New, Unopened Panties in the original packaging may be exchanged. A limited amount of opened Panties may be exchanged at the sole discretion of Katie & Laura (see examples).

  • Example 1: You purchase 6 Panties of the same size/style and open/try-on one Panty, then decide to exchange all 6. We will happily exchange your entire order.

  • Example 2: You purchase 6 Panties of the same size/style and open/try-on all 6 Panties, then decide to exchange all 6. This exchange of excessive opened Panties will not be exchanged or shipped back to you. If you have opened more of the Panties than required to find your size, we recommend emailing us before shipping your order back.

RETURNS with PantyDollars. In the event that you purchase merchandise with PantyDollars and later return that item, the PantyDollars will be forfeited, no refund of the PantyDollars amount will be provided, and the PantyDollars will not be restored to your PantyDollars Account. (see more info below*)


RETURNS with Coupon Codes, Discount Codes, or Misty Codes.

I made a purchase with a single-use coupon Code, but then later returned my purchase. Can I get that coupon Code back so I can use it again? No.

In the event that you purchase merchandise with a Code and later return any or all of the order, the Code will be forfeited, no refund of the Code amount will be provided, and the Code will not be restored.


*RETURNS with PantyDollars. If a customer is returning an item or items that were included in a transaction in which a PantyDollars were used, the customer will receive back in cash or credit (depending on how the original purchase was transacted) the price of the item(s) minus the PantyDollars value. The customer will NOT receive back the PantyDollars, or cash or credit in the amount of the PantyDollars. (Example – A customer originally purchased an item priced at $50, and of this $50, the customer applied a $10 PantyDollars towards the purchase price. If the customer later returns the item with a receipt, the customer will receive $40 – the price of the original item minus the value of the PantyDollars used.)
