I got a size XL in these panties. They are very comfortable and have a nice satiny feel. They hold my manhood well including my "Family Jewels". The only drawback is that they are a little baggy in the rear. But that may be due to the fact that I have a small derriere, even for a man.
I would definitely buy more, maybe try out the thong to get around the baggy butt issue.
